Leif Forer, MBA
Leif leads the Foxley team in delivering informed sustainability compliance and implementation services to clients worldwide. He’s a seasoned auditor and life cycle carbon footprint assessor for major regulatory and certification programs. Early in his career, Leif co-founded Piedmont Biofuels, a trailblazing firm in converting waste feedstocks into biodiesel and was later Chief Operating Officer at bioMASON, where he led the successful scaleup of the world’s first commercial biocement building materials. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience building and scaling manufacturing businesses, Leif now creates compliance solutions in the chemical, petroleum, renewable energy, biotech, food and consumer product manufacturing sectors. His expertise extends across the following standards:

Neha is an environmental engineer who brings a deep commitment to sustainable practices, conservation of natural resources and protection of the environment to her role. She has professional experience in environmental assessment, health and safety, remediation, wastewater treatment and compliance. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University.

Andrew brings experience with quality control in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry and scientific research in a commercial development lab to his work as a compliance professional. As an accredited ISCC lead auditor – as well as an avid outdoors enthusiast with a lifelong passion for environmental stewardship – he is committed to supporting clients in their efforts to integrate sustainable practices and responsible use of resources into their day-to-day operations. Andrew holds a Bachelor in Biochemistry and Plant Biology from North Carolina State University.

Lizzie is an environmental professional with experience and interests in corporate sustainability, electric power development and environmental justice. Motivated by her background in the energy hubs of Texas and Louisiana, Lizzie aims to identify sustainability opportunities for clients of all kinds through collaboration and continuous learning. She holds a dual degree from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and more recently obtained her Master of Environmental Management from Duke University.

Tamara is a seasoned communications and operations professional, with a strong focus on supporting values-based organizations. At Foxley, she manages internal operations and works closely with the team to ensure we have the tools and support needed to do our jobs well and meet our clients’ needs. Tamara holds a Master of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
